A �10 million purpose-built car retail park opening this month called VROOM!, at Silverlink, Newcastle upon Tyne, consists of ten showrooms with forecourts, while a �service lane� hosts the participating franchises� PDI units in addition to a MOT and service station and a 4X4 accessory shop. The eight dealers on site display a total of 750 cars. The Newcastle-based Circlered Properties behind the site has plans to roll out the VROOM concept at other locations in the UK.
