The Reynolds and Reynolds Company has acquired the Netherlands-based Bogaarts Automation, a provider of automotive dealership management system software in the Netherlands and Benelux markets, for an undisclosed sum.
Bogaarts DMS software has been endorsed by Daihatsu, Kia, Nissan, Renault, Seat, Skoda, and Toyota. It also offers body shop management and motorcycle retail systems. Reynolds already supplied automotive retailers in Benelux markets, and in France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK.
