KOLLAM: Kollam DySP C.G.Sureshkumar has said that helmet would be made strict for the two-wheeler passengers.
He said most of the road accident victims are two-wheeler riders. Wearing helmet would minimise the impact of the fall from two wheelers. He said Kerala High Court had directed the government to enforce the law in this regard.
He said the officials who create problems for the passengers while checking the vehicles would be strictly dealt with.
