EAST MOLINE, Ill., 4CS, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent warranty software applications, recently announced Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) will add yet another application from its iWarranty software suite -- the Supplier Warranty application. MCFA has already implemented the iWarranty eClaims, Parts Return, Warranty Analytics/Reporting and Service Contracts modules acquired earlier this year.
Kevin Krakora, MCFA Director of Marketing and Services, noted, "The business need leading to the supplier warranty application acquisition was that MCFA has a large number of suppliers from different industries having different standard warranties. We need a tool to help us efficiently administer supplier recovery based on these varied contract terms and conditions."
