| Federal-Mogul Receives Three ''Vendor Awards'' from Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance |

The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance awarded Federal-Mogul Corporation with three prestigious "Vendor Awards" at their annual shareholder's meeting in Boca Raton, Florida. Federal-Mogul executives accepted awards for Manpower Support, Marketing Promotions Support and Global Marketing Support.
The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance "Vendor Awards" are given annually based on shareholder vote. "We are pleased and honored to receive these awards. Federal-Mogul prides itself on going above and beyond for its customers as part of our drive to achieve truly valuable customer service," said Joseph Felicelli, executive vice president, Aftermarket Products and Services (APS). "We thank the Alliance for recognizing Federal-Mogul and we look forward to working together in 2007."
In addition to the "Vendor Awards," Federal-Mogul also received seven awards for achieving 95 percent or higher fill rates for its branded product lines, including Moog(r) chassis products, Fel-Pro(r) gaskets, Champion(r) spark plugs, Wagner(r) lighting and brake products, Anco(r) wipers, Precision(r) universal joints and PowerMax(r) wire and cable.
