These orders, for components utilized in the specialty automotive market, have a value of approximately CDN $185,000. In addition, the Company has received four new orders in the Sports and Recreation Division worth approximately CDN $265,000. The total value of these new orders is approximately CDN $450,000. These orders are to be delivered in the third and fourth quarter of fiscal 2006.

Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. announced two new contracts in the Military Division. In total, the Company has received five orders for these components within the last two months. The Company also announced two new Sports and Recreation contracts. The total value of these four new contracts is approximately CDN $456,000.

Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. announced that it has received a new contract in the Military division. The Company is also announced a new automotive contract. The total value of these contracts is approximately $121,000 CDN. The Company has also entered into a new business area with the purchase of five progressive microforming systems. This equipment will enable the manufacture of the very small components utilized in computers, cell phones, PDA's and other electronic equipment. These small parts can be utilized in various medical applications too.

Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. announced that it has received an order in the Military division. This order, worth approximately CDN$104,000, is a follow on order to that announced on May 5, 2006. These products are to be delivered in the second quarter of 2006. Omni-Lite also announced that it has been notified, by a Tier One automotive customer, that a transmission component produced at the Company is being introduced into a series of new automotive platforms. This could increase the requirement for this component by up to 75%.
Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. Receives Order Worth $85K; Declares Dividend

Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. announced that a new order in the Automotive division valued at $85K. These components are for the automotive market and will be utilised in large diesel engines in the Earthmoving and Transportation industries. Upon review of the financial results of 2005, the Board of Directors announced a dividend of two cents (Canadian) per share for shareholders of the Company's common shares of record June 15, 2006. The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2006.
