| Tweaks to Scenic and Grand Scenic ranges |
 |
Renault has been at work on the Scenic and Grand Scenic - but you won't notice from the outside.
The biggest changes are under the bonnet, where the Scenic now gets the same 148bhp 2.0-litre diesel fitted to the Megane. A diesel automatic model has also been launched - the Renault-Nissan six-speed transmission is paired with a 130bhp 1.9-litre diesel.
Elsewhere in the range, the 1.6-litre petrol version gets a six-speed manual gearbox.
The Grand Scenic is now available with five seats, a move that finally means it has an adequate-sized boot.
The range also receives upgraded equipment - the CD player is now MP3 compatible, the front passenger seat is height-adjustable and the wipers and headlights are now automatic.
