NEUENSTEIN, Germany - With three decades of motorsports involvement under its belt - most of it spent with Ford - Wolf Concept knows the Blue Oval intimately.
Indeed, its transformation of the European Focus ST is remarkable: 300 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque, for starters, from the turbocharged 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine. Wolf achieves this power boost through substantial modifications to the engine electronics, turbocharger, fuel injection and cooling systems.
Wolf also offers a suspension-lowering kit, along with a set of its 19-inch Evo wheels shod with Pirelli low-profile tires. Exterior modifications include a rear lip spoiler and other aero add-ons.
Among the interior accessories are aluminum pedals, footrest and handbrake handle.
