General Motors Corp. on Monday named executives to lead the automaker's operations in South Korea, Canada and Mexico, effective August 1.
Michael Grimaldi, who has been president and general manager of GM of Canada since January 2002, was appointed president and CEO of South Korea's GM Daewoo Auto & Technology Co.
Arturo Elias, president and managing director of GM de Mexico since March 2001, was named president and managing director of GM of Canada.
Kevin Williams, who has been assistant managing director and manufacturing director of GM de Mexico since June 2005, will lead GM's Mexican operations.
