Noble Appoints Andrew J. Tavi Deputy General Counsel
WARREN, Mich., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Noble International, Ltd., ("Noble" or the "Company") announced the appointment of Andrew J. Tavi as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, effective December 5. Mr. Tavi joins Noble from Foley & Lardner LLP, where he was Senior Counsel specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and general corporate law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his JD from the University of Michigan Law School.

Michael C. Azar, Noble's General Counsel, commented on Mr. Tavi's appointment, "We worked with Andrew on several occasions in the past and were impressed with his abilities. Due to Noble's expansion in North America and internationally, we need more resources to support our growth. Andrew proved himself invaluable to the Company in supporting some of our initiatives to date and we are fortunate that he has chosen to join us at Noble as in-house counsel."
