London cabbies get the hump
Speed humps have a lot to answer for, but now they are a force for good because they've brought on a radical development for the London taxi.

The design icon has gained coil springs and shock absorbers at the rear, as used in most cars since the 1970s.

Taxi manufacturer LTI Vehicles says the new developments make the TXII the most comfortable and smoothest riding Hackney Carriage since it started production 86 years ago.

The newly suspended TXII costs from £24,995, if you fancy taking the knowledge, guv'nor.
